Lots of laughter during Kang Xi gala performance in Shenyang; Kevin Tsai’s question angered Barbie Hsu

Da S, Mavis Fan and Christine Fan joined Xiao S in Kang Xi’s gala performance in Shenyang on 22 May 2010. The four good friends were glad of the rare opportunity to perform together and the stage was much alive due to the endless jokes from the elated guests.
As usual, Xiao S used the recent rumour of her husband’s disloyalty as a gimmick to create more laughter for the crowd. Xiao S’s husband, Mark Xu, was spotted in the company of a girl in a nightclub days ago and this sparked the discussions of possible problems in their marriage., Xiao S took the opportunity to kiss Ah Xin during the performance, claiming that she was seeking vengeance for her husband’s “unfaithfulness”.
ASOS and Mavis Fan, wearing tops decorated with electronic lights in the shape of jellyfish, sang the rock version of “Your sweetness”. They were so exhausted by the demanding performance that they felt like vomiting.
This was followed by Kevin Tsai’s series of rigorous questioning. When asked which of Barbie Hsu’s boyfriend would the other three want to date, Da S “erupted” and “demanded” for the producer to be responsible for such lousy questions. Xiao S joined in the joke by “chasing” the audience away with the reason that they have now gotten knowledge of too much inside information.
After singing “Black and white”, the themesong of their relationship, Christine Fan confirmed that Blackie and her intend to retired from Showbiz in the beginning of next year after their wedding as they plan to set up their own family too. She also revealed her desire to work behind the scenes and contribute to songwriting, this received with warm applause from the audience. Nevertheless, the other three friends were dissatisfied that the marriage proposal took place in their absense. Christine Fan reiterated her innocence as she didn’t even make up for the important occasion, meaning that she was totally unaware of its happening.
Wang Lee Hom brought the crowd to the acme of hysteria with the ending performance of his various hits, “The descendant of the dragon”, “Heartbeat” and etc. Although the usually persistent Xiao S was unable to source out any gossip from him, he could not escape her absurd request for him to carry her. To this, the star mischievously “complained” that she was too heavy, turned around and carried Chen Han Dian, who was disguised as a woman, instead. This led to peals of laughter from the crowd.
